I was out doing my morning chores this morning.
Did I hear a baby chick??
Ms. Boss and her baby chick.
I see three so far, but hear more.
She still has a few more to hatch.
I went back out and checked on Ms. Boss and her babies.
She was sitting with 16 eggs. All the fertile ones hatched (12). One of them did die. The other four weren't fertile. Not a bad hatching.
All but 3 of them are little silkies. They are so tiny!!
