Getting Our Garden In!

It's garden time!

We are starting from scratch. We have raw land. We do have a area where there looks like a garden might have been.  We have started a compost, but its not even enough nor ready. We have BIG plans on what we want. The inside of the house will have to wait, its all about getting the outside done (wait that will take years). 

Got the Big garden tilled, and the girls help with the planting.

The 2 trellis's have Snap Peas Planted there.

 Getting supplies we need for the work in the Vineyard Garden.

 Now the work begins.

 Of course its a huge blessing when friends come to help!

Got the herb garden in.

I ran out of room so my hubby had to add another section.

He is so wonderful!

In the BIG garden we put in:

130 Tomatoe plants

28 Peppers

2 Cherry Tomatoe Plants

Sweet Snap Peas

9 Potatoe Plants

8 Cabbages

8 Broccoli

Onions

Garlic

The 2nd garden we call the vineyard:

5 Blackberry Bushes

28 Strawberry Plants

Pumpkin

Squash

Zucchini

Melon

Green Beans

What I planted in my herb beds:

Basil

Chives

Rosemary

Oregano

Lavender
