Christmas 2023

CHRISTMAS WITH THE FAMILY 2023!!

We invited the family over for a dinner and a night full of games and laughter.
We decided on a NO GIFT Christmas this year.
The last couple of years have been hard on our family so we just wanted to lighten up any stress. We wanted them to have fun and laugh and make memories.
Not all my kids could make it to our party this year. Some is better than none.

We got the tables and chairs set up.

Appetizers and some of the desserts on the wall table.

Toys set up for the younger kids and older ones to play with.

(Liam, Kylie, EmilyMae, Isabella, Makenzie and in the center is Kelsie)

Javier and Brieanna (Ashley to the left)

I made homemade chicken noodle with mashed potatoes and green beans and rolls.

Let the Games Begin.........

How many cotton balls can you get into the bowl blindfolded.

EmilyMae

Makenzie

Siblings
Tristen and Brieanna

Each game we played you earned points. We played several games. Winner will be announced at the end of the evening.

Points were also for ornament making.
This was a bigger hit than I thought it would of been.

Knowing you get a point for it others joined in.

So many creativeness going on. It gave a us a nice break from the games.

Tristen and Jacob W. were waiting patiently for the next games to start.

Towards the end of the evening Kaitlin was able to join us. Yay!!!

We all got some dessert. Then tallied up all the points for tonight's winner.
Tim and I made a trophy and winner gets their name on the bottom and bragging rights for the year.

And the winner is.......

Jacob W.
Congratulations!!!
Until next year, so enjoy bragging for now.

I'm so thankful for the family that was able to make it. We had so much laughter and competition with the games. I look forward to this new tradition next Christmas.
