4-H COUNTY FAIR!

It has been super crazy around our house this past month.
The girls have been working diligently on their 4-H projects.
They have been gone so much or just too busy with their projects to get some of their chores done.

But, finally the day before our county fair......
We are getting projects marked and ready for travel.
We will head to the extensions office in the morning for achievement day. In other words meeting with the judges!

Some of Kaitlin's projects...

Woodworking,

Geology,

Electricity,

Quilting,

and Knitting.

Here is Skylar's quilt before the binding was on.
This wonderful lady Vickie did a amazing job.

Skylar's quilt is double-sided.

Got Kaitlin's back from Vickie too.
Another great job!

Kaitlin had to work fast as she was hand sewing the binding on.

Kaitlin working on one last knitting project before we go.
She was still working on it while I was driving them.

I am so proud of my girls. The work that goes in to each 4-H project the girls do/research.

There is a ton of things going on each night for the fair. We happen to be back for the Cattle Appreciation Dinner. The building is open to the public for display. Tim usually comes on this night to see all the projects.

All the kids did a great job on their projects. And want to give a shout out to those judges for volunteering to listen to each child that comes their way.
