We are canning chicken broth, again. We go through this stuff so much (and we eat chicken a lot) we need to make some more! If you wanna check out our very first post about chicken broth click here or our post about beef broth here.
We had so much chicken bones we needed to borrow another roasting pan.
Adding the celery and onion.
Let it sit in the pots for about 3 days.
Our friend Lauren, came over to help us can.
We put the clean jars in the oven, to keep warm.
We doubled strained the broth to pour into the hot jars.
8 pint size jars fit in our pressure canner, so we put the extra in the oven to keep them warm.
After they all wet through the pressure canner we're....
All done!!
