GRINDING UP A WHOLE TURKEY!!

We had 1 turkey that we planned on grinding up.
Yep the whole thing. We are grinding it up and bagging them in 1lb bags.


We worked on cutting the meat off of the bone.

Cutting the meat into chunk size pieces.


Now we are doing one run through the meat grinder.



This is just a rough cut/medium cut.


Now Tim is putting the tube on so we can start bagging up the ground meat. He also put on the fine grinder wheel.





Skylar is labeling them so we know this is the ground turkey meat.



We got about 20 lbs of ground turkey meat for the freezer.
