Last nights Rice, Left-over homemade Chipolte Chicken, and Eggs!
Two Eggs and butter.
I (mom) cooked the eggs one at a time.
My girl slicing up the onion. Poor girl!
She said she is slicing or dicing up a onion everyday.

Cooking the onions.
Adding the chicken, garlic seasoning, and sauces.
We heated up the rice.
Added the egg and heated up a little more.
Stir it and it is ready to go!
